All systems, workflows, automations, templates, scripts, documentation, and proprietary materials developed by Axis Media remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use deliverables for internal business purposes during the term of engagement.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary, confidential, or non-public information disclosed during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of services.
